1.1 Account and Contact Information

Name, account name, username, email address, mobile number, country/region, language, time zone, and profile preferences.

• Authentication information such as password credentials, login tokens, OTP verification status, and account security information.
• Customer-support communications and information you provide when raising a service request.

1.2 Mobile Device and App Information

Device type, OS, app version, IP address, network/carrier information, device or app identifiers, and language/region settings.

• Technical logs, diagnostic information, crash information, performance data, login events, and security events.

1.3 Connected CCTV / Smart Device Information

Device name, ID/serial number, model, online/offline status, activation info, firmware version, and configuration or upgrade info.

• Network info (Wi-Fi SSID/BSSID, MAC address, local network).
• Device events and status (motion events, alarms, connectivity, storage, configuration).

1.4 App Permissions and Sensor Access

We may request certain permissions only when needed for relevant features. These may include:

• Camera • Microphone • Photos / Media / Storage
• Location • Notifications
• Bluetooth / Nearby Devices / Local Network

1.5 Video, Audio, Images and Cloud Recordings

When you use live view, playback, snapshots, two-way audio, local or cloud recording, we may process video, audio, image, event and recording metadata.

• If cloud recording is enabled, selected content may be stored in the cloud for the retention period of your plan.
• Local SD card / DVR / NVR recordings are under your control.

1.6 Payment and Subscription Information

If you purchase a cloud plan or paid service, payment may be processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, a payment gateway, bank or other provider.

• We may receive transaction status, order/reference number, plan details and billing information.
• We do not intentionally collect full payment-card credentials.

2. How We Use Information

We may use your information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain and secure user accounts.
• Add, connect, configure and manage compatible CCTV devices.
• Provide live view, playback, recording, two-way audio, alerts and app features.
• Process cloud-plan activation, subscription status and service entitlements.
• Provide customer support and investigate issues.

3. How We Share Information

We may share your information with:

• Service providers, business partners and third-party vendors who help us provide and support the Services.
• Payment providers, banks or app stores for purchase and billing purposes.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or the public.
